This cosy maisonette is ideal for those who want to enjoy the comfort offered by the central position of the house with walking distance to everything the hosts might like to do. Either for enjoying a romantic walk at the marina or a lively night out at the restaurants/bars, getting away from routine, spending quality family time, exploring and moving around or just staying in relaxing and enjoying the amazing terrace.
The space is ideal for all type of hosts: couples, friends, families with children because it is divided by internal stairs in 2 different levels and offers independence and more options, is modern and bright with a big terrace at the 2nd floor where the bedroom is and a balcony at the 1st floor where the living /dinning rooms are.
The bedroom has a really comfortable bed and receives the morning light thanks to the the terrace just outside. It is a fantastic space which can be used any time of the day for relaxing, having meals or enjoying the Greek light and sun under the protection of the big tent.
The kitchen is a really spacious and fresh room with lots of storage and fully equipped with all necessary items for cooking meals.
The dinning room is a separate area among the kitchen and the living room which allows enjoyable dinning time
The living room is a really comfortable and cosy, nicely decorated room with comfortable and modern furniture such as a big sofa-bed with good quality sofa mattresses which can be used as 2 singles or a double bed, an air-conditioning that allows the hosts to regulate the room temperature as they wish.
All windows and doors have mosquitoes net.
The property has all necessary equipment for comfortable and longer holidays.
